Single Design License (for Canva Design Templates)

1. Overview

This Extended Commercial Use License grants the purchaser (“Licensee”) the right to use one (1) Canva design template created by DGS Unleashed (“Licensor”) for specific business purposes.

This license is required for any use beyond standard small business usage, including customer-facing services, bulk production, or fulfillment-based business models.

2. What You ARE Allowed To Do

Under this license, you MAY:

• Use one (1) Canva design template to create finished physical products for sale (e.g., shirts, tumblers, fans, yard signs, etc.)

• Customize the design for your customers (e.g., names, photos, school colors, minor edits)

• Use the design as part of a done-for-you service where customers submit information and you produce the final product

• Print transfers or physical products using the design for your own business fulfillment

• Market and promote finished products created using the design

3. What You Are NOT Allowed To Do

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• ❌ Share, sell, or distribute the Canva template or digital file in any form

• ❌ Provide customers or third parties access to the editable template

• ❌ Resell, sublicense, gift, or transfer the design (in whole or in part) to another person or business

• ❌ Use the design to create or sell digital products (templates, downloads, mockups, etc.)

• ❌ Claim the design as your own or original work

• ❌ Upload the design to any platform that allows others to edit or access it (including Canva links, template marketplaces, or membership sites)

• ❌ Use the design in a way that directly competes with DGS Unleashed as a template seller or design provider

• ❌ Use the design for print-on-demand platforms where the file is stored and reproduced without direct control (unless explicitly approved in writing)

4. License Scope & Limitations

• This license applies to one (1) design only

• This license is non-exclusive (Licensor may sell or license the design to others)

• This license is non-transferable (only the original purchaser may use it)

• This license covers your business only—not partners, teams, or affiliated businesses unless separately licensed

5. Ownership

All designs remain the intellectual property of DGS Unleashed.

This license grants permission to use, not ownership of the design.

6. Violations & Termination

Any violation of this agreement will result in:

• Immediate termination of the license

• Revocation of usage rights

• Potential legal action if misuse continues

No refunds will be issued if the license is revoked due to violation.

7. Agreement

By purchasing and/or using this license, you agree to all terms listed above.
